Steam Bandits: Outpost will be a Free-to-Play casual game for mobile devices and PC/Mac. In the game, you play as the newly-hired overseer of a burgeoning trade outpost in the floating world of Stratos. Your employer, Atmid Industries, has given you but one objective: make your island into the biggest trade hub you can. Armed with only a handful of gold and your dashingly good looks, it’s up to you to build up your town (literally), attract permanent residents, and learn how to deal with traveling merchants and captains in order to maximize your profit. It’s a tough job, but success will earn you a place as one of the richest, most stylish denizens of Stratos.

On your path to fortune and glory in Stratos, you’ll be customizing your character’s outfit, engaging in trade, recruiting captains, and expanding your outpost empire across several islands. Several of these features are connected to social networks and friends, and most importantly, Steam Bandits is free to play!

Customize your character with hundreds of outfit combinations.
Choose from three areas to situate your outpost in: the snowy Northlands, the tropical Midlands, or the desert-like Southlands.
Use resources to build up your outpost for rewards, bonuses, and experience.
Gain levels to unlock new buildings, outfits, and pets.
Expand your trade empire by tethering surrounding islands to yours and acquiring all-new outposts.
Hire airship captains to fly missions for you to earn gold, resources, and other special items.
Collect unique pets.
Send your captains out to run co-op missions with your friends, duel them in an arena, or establish a trade route with them.
